Dr. Jim Fletcher :
Dr. Jim Fletcher  is the Director of the Survey Research Center and has been involved with the Center since 1987. He is also a Professor of Recreation and Parks Management at CSU Chico. At the Survey Research Center, he develops survey research methodologies, sampling scheme, and questionnaires for data collection for public opinion and marketing surveys, including  analysis of data, preparation of reports, and presentation of research findings to clients. He is widely published in area of recreation administration and survey management.

Dr. Diane E. Schmidt :
Dr. Diane E. Schmidt is the Associate Director of the Survey Research  Center and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science. She has consulted with the Survey Research Center on several projects, including the Judicial  Council of California, and is a specialist in public policy, public administration, research methods and government.
