This Way to Sustainability VI Conference Community Center Expo Application

This year's sustainability conference will include a Community Center Expo! This expo will provide space for vendors and exhibitors to display sustainable products and ideas in the main Auditorium of the Bell Memorial Union Thursday and/or Friday during the conference. The Community Center Expo will allow for exhibitor display areas in addition to a demonstration stage and workshop area. See below for exhibitor space descriptions and rates. SPACE IS LIMITED and exhibitors will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibitor application and payment DEADLINE is Tuesday, August 31, 2010 to be included in the printed conference program. All exhibitors will be included on the conference web site and on the Community Center Stage screen.

Please submit your high resolution logo/image via separate e-mail to: sustainability@csuchico.edu for inclusion on our program, conference web site, and Community Stage screen.

  • Premium booth location with two tables for two days
    (Thursday and Friday)
  • Presentation option on Community Center Stage
    Advanced recognition as a Premium Exhibitor on the conference web site with hyperlink
  • 4” x 3.5” space in final conference program (if submitted by 8/31/10)
  • Logo looped on Community Center Stage Screen
  • FOUR complimentary registration packets to conference

- $500:

  • Premium booth location with two tables for Thursday only
  • Presentation option on Community Center stage
  • Advanced recognition as a Partner Exhibitor on the conference web site with hyperlink
  • 2” x 3.5” space in final conference program (if submitted by 8/31/10)
  • Logo looped on Community Center Stage Screen
  • TWO complimentary registration packets to conference

- $250:

  • Exhibitor booth location with one table for Thursday only
  • Advanced recognition as a Supporter Exhibitor on the conference web site with hyperlink
  • Logo in final conference program (if submitted by 8/31/10)
  • Logo looped on Community Center Stage Screen
  • One complimentary registration packet to conference

Additional Notes:

All Exhibitors are encouraged to provide a workshop or demonstration throughout the conference as part of our Community Center Programming which will be included in the conference program.

All exhibitors spaces will be on a first-come, first-served basis based on receipt of payment for space fees. All exhibitor applications and fees must be received by August 31, 2010 to be included in the printed conference program.
There will be no refunds after the deadline of August 31, 2010.

General Exhibitor Rules and Guidelines:

  • Displays are limited to the tabletop area. Space allotted for single table vending areas is the length (6ft) and width (2.5ft) of the table and the area behind the table. Storage is permitted under the table only. The display area is approximately 54 square feet. Canopies/tents are may not exceed 6x9 feet.
  • Organizations/vendors using the mall tables must maintain a neat appearance, Identify the sponsoring organization, remove all display materials, and leave the table and adjacent area neat and orderly at the end of each day’s use. A broom and dustpan are available at the information center. Do not leave a mall table unattended.
  • The use of A/V equipment with sound systems is not permitted in the mall due to the overall noise level of the area. A/V equipment with no sound may be used.
  • Tables may be used for distribution of information and materials.
  • Credit card promotions are prohibited.
  • Onsite sales are prohibited unless pre-approved in writing by Associated Students Conference Services authorized representatives before the application deadline of August 31, 2010..
  • All food samples shall be in compliance with the health department policy governing food sales. All food items must be covered at all times.
  • There will be no refunds after August 31, 2010.
