All Exhibitors are encouraged to provide a workshop or demonstration throughout the conference as part of our Community Center Programming which will be included in the conference program.

All exhibitors spaces will be on a first-come, first-served basis based on receipt of payment for space fees. All exhibitor applications and fees must be received by August 31, 2010 to be included in the printed conference program.
There will be no refunds after the deadline of August 31, 2010.

General Exhibitor Rules and Guidelines:

• Displays are limited to the tabletop area. Space allotted for single table vending areas is the length (6ft) and width (2.5ft) of the table and the area behind the table. Storage is permitted under the table only. The display area is approximately 54 square feet. Canopies/tents are may not exceed 6x9 feet.
• Organizations/vendors using the mall tables must maintain a neat appearance, Identify the sponsoring organization, remove all display materials, and leave the table and adjacent area neat and orderly at the end of each day’s use. A broom and dustpan are available at the information center. Do not leave a mall table unattended.
• The use of A/V equipment with sound systems is not permitted in the mall due to the overall noise level of the area. A/V equipment with no sound may be used.
• Tables may be used for distribution of information and materials.
• Credit card promotions are prohibited.
• Onsite sales are prohibited unless pre-approved in writing by Associated Students Conference Services authorized representatives before the application deadline of August 31, 2010..
• All food samples shall be in compliance with the health department policy governing food sales. All food items must be covered at all times.
• There will be no refunds after August 31, 2010.
