This Way to Sustainability IV Conference Exhibitor Application

This year's sustainability conference will provide space for exhibitors to display sustainable products and ideas in the main Atrium of the Bell Memorial Union during the first three days of the conference Thursday, November 6th - Saturday, November 9th.

Exhibitors will be provided with one 6-foot table, two chairs and computer/ internet connectivity for a cost of $500 per day.

SPACE IS LIMITED and exhibitors will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration and payment DEADLINE is August 29, 2008.

If you would like to donate a raffle prize for the drawing at the banquet of Friday, November 7th, your total fee will be discounted by $50.00. Will you be providing a raffle prize?

All exhibitors spaces will be on a first-come, first-served basis based on receipt of payment for registration. All exhibitor applications and fees must be received by August 29, 2008. Any payments received after this date will be returned via US Postal Service if spaces are no longer available.
There will be no refunds after the deadline of August 29, 2008.

General Exhibitor Rules and Guidelines:

  • Displays are limited to the tabletop area. Space allotted for vending is the length (6ft) and width (2.5ft) of the table and the area behind the table. Storage is permitted under the table only. The display area is approximately 36 square feet.  Canopies/tents are prohibited in the mall
  • Organizations/vendors using the mall tables must maintain a neat appearance, Identify the sponsoring organization, remove all display materials, and leave the table and adjacent area neat and orderly at the end of each day’s use. A broom and dustpan are available at the information center. Do not leave a mall table unattended.
  • The use of A/V equipment with sound systems in not permitted in the mall due to the overall noise level of the area. A/V equipment with no sound may be used.
  • Tables may be used for distribution of information and materials.
  • Credit card promotions are prohibited.
  • All food samples shall be in compliance with the health department policy governing food sales. All food items must be covered at all times.
  • There will be no refunds.
