Practicum placement for BSW students, MSW Foundation and Concentration Years
Services offered: case management, home visits, resource & referral, individual and family counseling, advocacy, social work administration, data collection for federal SAMHSA grant.
Population served: 0-5 age children, 6-12 age children, teenage youth, adults, dual diagnosed with substance abuse, transition age youth 14-21, parent child interactive therapy supervision.
Required: background check/fingerprinting, own car with evidence of insurance, must be able to do home visits
Student Responsibility examples: Assessments, writing client care plan, counseling: individual & group, writing progress notes for mental health/MediCal, can work with PhD grant evaluator to learn research/thesis materials available, case management, services provided at locations convenient to clients.

Services offered: Children’s Services, emergency response, family reunification, family maintenance, and permanent placement services, case management, family team meetings, resource and referral, and crisis intervention.
Population served: children, youth ages 0-18 years old, and adults.
Required: background check/fingerprinting, own car with evidence of insurance, must be able to do home visits.
