Welcome to California State University, Chico. Chico State is a bustling residential campus in the heart of downtown Chico. Parking spaces are very limited during certain times and the use of alternative transportation is highly recommended. Please see our Sustaintainable Transportation page for a list of options.
If you choose to drive, it may take additional time to find parking. Please allow yourself adequate time to locate a parking space and walk to your destination.
Parking Permits
Campus parking facilities are not supported by taxpayer dollars, but are self-supporting. They are paid for by the users of the facilities through payment of parking fees.
