Library Guide

Script Library Holdings

The Theatre Department maintains a library of playscripts, anthologies, periodicals, dialect tapes, videos, audition materials and other research and resource volumes.

We have formulated a set of policies to help ensure that each student can fully benefit from the use of the Library, which is a privilege.

  1. Scripts may be checked out by any Theatre Department major or minor and by any university student enrolled in an upper division theatre course. Students in lower division and GE courses may acquire scripts through their instructors, only.
  2. Please be responsible; turn your script(s) in on time at the department office, PAC 217A, between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  3. Failure to return scripts will result in your script services being revoked, the cost of the script being added to your student account and a university hold being placed on future registration, transcript release, etc. If you lose a script, you must pay the cost of its replacement.
