"Navigating the Implementation of an Enterprise Learning Management System:
A Chico State Perspective"
Motivated by the need to expand and the desire to enhance its ability to provide good online course tools for faculty and students, California State University, Chico initiated a project that selected and implemented a next generation learning management system (LMS) as an enterprise system. This DVD contains the story, as told by a diverse group of stakeholders, about their experiences as Chico worked to move a new LMS to the same level as its other campus enterprise systems including the human resources, finance and student information systems. This informative program is for administrators, department chairs, faculty, students and staff who could be or will be involved in this process. If your institution is considering such a project, this video is a must see.
