Learn tips and methods to monitor and project transactions to ensure your department stays on budget. Not only will this workshop teach you a bit of budget vocabulary, but also answer common questions:  How can I track my budget that contains several funds? How can I project where my department will be in June? Who can I call for help when looking at my budget?

We highly recommend also enrolling in the “Budget 201 Lab: Building Your Budget Tool” after completing this workshop. Also recommended: Budget 101.
