Learn the whole life cycle of a purchase order from need to completion.  This class will help you understand what happens to your PO and your department money when ordering products or services for campus.  This class is filled with tips about purchase orders, contracts (and who can sign), attachments, transactions, becoming a P.O., encumbrances, actuals and closing a P.O.
