The Role of the Work Lead

How is a “lead” role different than a normal staff role?   This two-part participatory workshop will help employees better understand the expectations of a lead and how to manage the needs and requirements of this position.

  • Recognize the skills and abilities critical for success in this role
  • Discuss the major work activities related to Work Lead responsibilities
  • Clarify the role of a Work Lead regarding input on staff performance evaluations
  • Increase effectiveness of your interaction skills

This course is delivered in a 2-part format.  Participants must commit to attending both sessions to complete the training.  A certificate of completion will be provided to those that complete both parts of the training.
