Instructions:  

Application:  Only complete, typewritten* applications will be reviewed. Please send your application via U.S. mail to the address on the first page of the application. You may also hand-deliver the application to our office. We cannot accept applications via fax or e-mail. 

Recommendation:  Recommendation forms will be submitted using the online form (see link below). This should be completed by an educator who knows you well enough to speak to your capacity for academic and personal growth and your commitment to the college experience, such as a teacher, instructor, academic advisor, guidance counselor, or administrator (e.g. principal, vice principal, dean, etc.). 

*If you don't have access to a computer that permits you to type your application, you may submit a handwritten application.
