Welcome to the CSU, Chico Educational Talent Search (ETS) website! ETS is a federally funded, national TRiO program that is committed to prepare and motivate low-income, first generation college students for success in postsecondary education.
ETS seeks students who have the desire, ability, and motivation to excel in their education. Joining ETS implies students and their parents are willing to make a commitment to their future.

New Announcement
The Summer Connection program is a three-week educational program that takes place on the main campus at Butte College. This program is for students in Butte and Glenn Counties in grades 7-9 (exiting 7th through 9th graders). The program runs during the month of June with classes held Monday through Thursday. It is a collaborative effort between CSU, Chico Educational Talent Search, Accelerated Career Exploration Skills (ACES), Butte Community College and Region 2 Migrant Education program. The Summer Connection program provides students in grades 7-9 with real-life college experiences on a community college campus.
