Who Can Join?

Students must...

• attend one of our participating schools AND
• be at least 11 years of age AND
• be a US citizen or resident alien AND
• meet low-income guidelines OR
• be a first-generation college student (meaning neither parent has a 4-year college degree)

Online Application (follow simple instructions below)

1. Open & print out the file.
2. Print It!
3. Parents: Complete application pages 1 & 2 - don't forget to sign the bottom of page 2 in ink.
4. Students: Complete application pages 3 & 4 - don't forget to sign page 4 in ink.
5. Attach a copy of your 2012 tax forms (pages 1 & 2)
6. Mail it in to our office:
