Executive Board

1. President - shall preside at all ETS Alumni Association meetings and activities of the organization, represent the organization to the university and community, shall convene the executive committee at least monthly when school is in session, shall ensure the discussion, planning and execution of events and policies, shall appoint committees as need for them arises, shall be a co-signator on the ETS Alumni Association bank account along with the Treasurer, submit student roster form to student activities office at the beginning of each semester review new member applications for eligibility and shall meet with the advisor to discuss and plan agendas.

2.  Vice-President - shall assume the duties of the President in his/her absence, shall attend all ETS Alumni Association meetings and activities, shall assist the President in ensuring the discussion, planning and execution of all events and policies, shall assume responsibility of the scholarship fund and shall assist the Treasurer and Publicity Chair in the coordination of all fundraising events.

3.  Treasurer - shall keep records of all ETS Alumni Association financial transactions, shall attend all ETS Alumni Association meetings and activities, shall meet with the President and advisor to go over financial books, shall present a Treasurer’s report at all ETS Alumni Association meetings (the report should include expenses and revenues since the last meeting, any upcoming budget items or concerns, and the current balance to date), collect active member dues, collect new membership applications and shall complete a monthly treasurer’s report at the last meeting of the month.

4.  Secretary - shall attend all ETS Alumni Association meetings and activities, shall record minutes of all ETS meeting, shall type the minutes of each meeting, shall present the minutes at each meeting for approval of active members, and inform active members who have missed a meeting of the business conducted.

5. Publicity Chair - shall attend all ETS Alumni Association meetings and activities shall coordinate all Public Relations for ETS Alumni Association and ensure the promotion and advertisement of all ETS Alumni Association sponsored activities, elections, etc. and coordinate and oversee fund-raising events.

6. Historian -  shall attend all ETS Alumni Association meetings and activities, record special events and create a scrapbook for the organization which entails taking pictures at all association events.                     

7. Sergeant at Arms - shall attend all ETS Alumni Association meetings and activities, shall preserve order within the association’s meetings.
