Summer Connection 2008

The Summer Connection program will take place on the Butte College campus, Monday through Thursday, from July 7 - 24, 2008. The emphasis will be to introduce junior high students to the possibilities of college life.  We are currently in the process of planning this year’s classes. Areas covered included language arts, physical education, health/CPR/first aid, art, natural sciences, and computers. The number of credits which can be earned vary by school.  Additional focus will be placed on fun/enrichment activities, college awareness and enhancing positive student behaviors.

Below you will find the Summer Connection application form. In order for you to attend Summer Connection, all of the pages must be fully completed. We cannot accept partial or incomplete applications. There is also a $20 fee for the program. Please mail completed applications and the $20 fee to the Educational Talent Search office.Checks and money orders should be written out to "Educational Talent Search"   Please return all application forms and the fee ASAP, as spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
