Lost and Found
The Lost and Found is located in the Information Center lobby in Yuba Hall, located adjacent to the parking structure on the corner of West 2nd Street and Normal Ave.
If you have found an item, please turn it in to the Information Center.
Reclaiming Your Lost Items
If your name or other form of ID is with the found property, you can call the Information Center at 530-898-4636 to make arrangements to pick up your items.
You can check for missing keys, glasses, clothing, notebooks/binders and other miscellaneous items in the Information Center lobby.
Please note: Due to the high volume of Lost and Found property, the Information Center cannot store property longer than 30 days from the day received and are donated to local charities. All property with an estimated value of more than $300 are turned in to the University Police Department.
State-issued keys that allow access to campus properties are turned in to the Key Shop at (530) 898-3906. Dorm keys are turned in to University Housing and Food Services (530) 898-6325.
Wildcat ID cards are turned in to the Wildcat ID Cards office. They are open Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and can be reached at (530) 898-6119). If you have lost your Wildcat ID card, please contact UPD Card Access at (530) 898-5373 to temporarily suspend card swipe access your lost card may have.
Other points on campus where found property is frequently turned in include the Campus Info Booth at the BMU (530-898-4636) and the Main Circulation Desk at the Library (530-898-6501). However, all property is eventually turned in to the Information Center by the staff members at these two locations.
