The CSU, Chico Police Department would like to introduce the Campus Connection Shuttle Service. This service is provided to staff, faculty, students and university visitors as an alternative to walking alone on campus during hours of darkness.
You can take advantage of this service by using the Blue Light Phones sprinkled throughout campus; dialing extension 5555 from any campus phone; or by going directly to the University Police Department located on the corner of Normal Avenue & Second Street.
If you have an emergency please call 911 or use one of the Blue Light phones located on campus.

Fall & Spring Semesters
(there is no service during the summer)
Who may use the service?
The service is provided for faculty, staff, students and visitors to our campus.
What is the travel range for the shuttle?
Campus Connection is an on campus safety shuttle that travels the main campus, parking struckture, parking lots and University Village.
Who will be providing the service ?
Community Service Officers (CSOs) drive the shuttle. CSOs are non- sworn student employees of the CSU, Chico Police Department, hired to provide community services to our campus and provide support services to the Police Department. CSOs are uniformed members of the Police Department and also carry a police radio that allows them continuous radio contact with the police dispatcher.
