The University
Box office offers up-to-date information on scheduled events
and tickets to events on campus that requires admission (including
music, theater, dance, athletics and special events).
General
Information
The University Box Office is located at the corner of Second
and Normal Streets (see Map).
Box Office hours are Monday-Friday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturdays
from 3-6 p.m. Charge by phone (530-898-6333) or fax (530-898-5261)
using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. All
ticket orders must be accompanied by payment. No reservations
or holds are accepted. There is a $4 charge on all phone,
fax, and mail-in orders.
- There
are two free parking spots on Normal Ave. near the Box Office
for patrons purchasing tickets. They are marked with a white
stripe on the curb with a sign noting "Box Office/
University Police Parking — 15 minute limit."

Box
Office Outlets
Vouchers for most ticketed events can be purchased at Box
Office outlets. These vouchers reserve the best seating available.
All vouchers must be accompanied by payment. No reservations
or holds will be accepted. Outlet locations: Terrace Pharmacy
in the Longfellow Center, and The House of Color in Paradise. Vouchers can be
redeemed at the event. Tickets will be held under "will-call".
Ticket
Orders
Ticket orders are processed in the order received and assigned
the best seats available at the time. Orders received too
late for return mail will be held at the Box Office or at
the Will Call window before performances.
Exchanges
Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance or a
gift certificate prior to the performance at the University
Box Office. A $3 exchange fee per ticket will apply. No refunds
unless an event is cancelled. Ticket exchanges are subject
to availability.
