Field Trip to Laxson Auditorium a pleasant experience.
The following rules pertain to
Chico Performances Field Trips:
- Please check the date and time on your ticket for conflicts with your school calendar. There is a $10 exchange fee for each Field Trip exchanged. All Field Trip exchanges must occur at least 14 days prior to the Field Trip at the University Box Office.
- Please gather your ENTIRE group before entering the Auditorium, and before getting into the Field Trip line outside the auditorium. Seating is on a first come, first served basis, and seats cannot be held for late comers from your group.
- Doors open for Field Trips at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Field Trips start at 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Field Trips last approximately 50 minutes.
- Please bring the attached ticket with your group to the Field Trip performance for admittance.
- The number of seats purchased on this ticket must reflect seats for all students, chaperones and drivers.
- Food, drink, cameras, video, and recording devices are NOT allowed in Laxson Auditorium.
- Please call the University Box Office if you have disability seating requirements at least 14 days before your Field Trip date.
- CSU, Chico does not have bus parking available on the campus. Bus drop off and pick up is located on Arcadian Ave, next to Holt Hall (see map). Buses are NOT allowed to drop off or pick up at First and Salem Streets. Buses are NOT allowed to park at Bidwell Mansion.
- Private vehicle parking is available at city lots. Please bring adequate change to cover your meter fees.
