Series Ticket Order: A Series is an order of 1 ticket to 6 or more different shows. Multiple series purchases are available. With each Series purchase, you will receive a 10% discount on the purchase price and your choice of the best seats. Certain shows do not qualify for a discount, but do count as a Series ticket (see exclusions below).
Series tickets may be purchased anytime between the months of July and April.
Once you have purchased a Series, all future additional ticket purchases qualify for a discount (certain performances excluded).
Additional Tickets: As an added bonus, up to 10 additional tickets can be purchased for each performance you purchase in your Series.
Make-A-Series purchase dates: Early Series ticket purchasing begins Monday, July 1, 2013 at 8:30 a.m.
Single Ticket purchase date: Single tickets go on sale Monday, August 5, 2013 at the CSU, Chico University Box Office. The Make-A-Series discount still applies to any purchases of 1 ticket to 6 or more different performances, throughout the 2013-2014 season.
Exclusions: Certain performances and events are excluded from the Make-A-Series 10% discount, but count as 1 ticket in the 6 or more series. These events include Emmylou Harris & Rodney Crowell, Bonnie Raitt, Lyle Lovett & John Hiatt, Stomp, Whose Live Anyway?, Pink Martini, Manhattan Transfer, and Wynton Marsalis & Jazz at Lincoln Center. .
Handling Fee: Be sure to include a $4 per-order handling fee on all phone and mail orders. Orders will not be processed without the $4 handling fee.
Exchanges: Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance for a $3-per-ticket exchange fee. All exchanges must occur at the University Box Office at least 24 hours prior to the performance. No refunds unless an event is cancelled. Exchanges subject to availability.
Ticket Orders: Ticket orders are processed in the order they are received and assigned the best seats available at the time. Orders received within 14 days of the event will be held in Will Call at the University Box Office or at the Will Call window at Laxson Auditorium one hour before the event. Tickets ordered earlier will be mailed.
Disability Related Requests: Laxson Auditorium offers a wide selection of services, including special needs seating and assistive listening devices. Please inform the University Box Office at the time of your ticket order if you need any of these services. Their number is (530) 898-6333.
Late Seating: Performances begin on time. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house staff at an appropriate interval in the program.
Theatre Etiquette: Cameras, recording equipment, food, and drink are not permitted in the theatre. All cell phones, pagers, and alarms must be turned off prior to the performance.
Tickets Purchased at Event: Ticket prices go up $2 per ticket when purchased at the door.
Event Location and times: All performances are held at Laxson Auditorium and start at 7:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
