"Proving that music is the universal language . . . to promote world peace." USA Today
Musicians from different cultures uniting together for the common purpose of "peace through music" is a powerful statement. Be a part of this transformation as Playing for Change, the international collective that turned the R&B classic "Stand by Me" into an Internet phenomenon, gather together on the Laxson stage to promote the belief that music has the power to break social boundaries and overcome differences. This multi-media performance of gospel, country, reggae, blues, world, and rock n' roll will inspire and motivate us to work toward positive change in our world.
