After Hours Support for Faculty/Staff
User Services Help Desk office is open and staffed from 7:30a.m.to 5:00p.m. Monday through Friday, and analysts are available for telephone, walk-up, and e-mail assistance and consulting. When our offices are closed, after 5pm during the week and on weekends, there are still many useful links, tutorials and self-service tools to help users manage their computing needs. Here are some links to assist our users around the clock.
University Support Sites:
USRV Home Page
From the USRV home page you can check system status, login to your email, check systems maintenance times, and see current news /announcements. You can also search through numerous tutorials for both Mac's and PC's.
Password Station
Use password station to gain access to your email and portal account. You can use this tool to reset unlock your account, reset your password, and change your password.
TSRV Home Page
The TSRV home page contains information regarding the campus telephone, and voicemail systems. At this site you can view voicemail and telephone reference guides. You can also initiate phone programming and telephone service requests.
TLP Vista Support Page
View WebCT Vista tutorials and search through TLP's Vista knowledge base. This site also has links to enroll in Vista training.

Apple Support
Apple has a wealth of support articles which can assist in configuring Mac OS X as well as troubleshooting problems. Extensive support is available for Apple programs such as Safari, and Mac Mail.
Microsoft Support
Get help with Windows XP and internet explorer through Microsoft's support site. Use this page to configure Windows XP, look-up error messages, and troubleshoot system problems.
