Exchange Email Account Size
Exchange Email Accounts have a maximum size limit of 100 MB. You will start receiving emails saying "you are over your size limit" when your account reaches 90 MB. These messages are intended as a warning. Once your account goes over the 100 MB limit your will not longer be able to send emails but you will still be able to receive them. If you are over your size limit the “folder size” window is a useful tool for finding out how much you are over your limit as well as which folders are taking up the most space.
With outlook open, find your folder list window on the right hand side of the page. Right click on the folder at the very top of the folder list that says “Mailbox – (Your name)”, a menu will come up.

Select “Properties” at the very bottom of the menu. A new window will come up.

Click on the “Folder size” button in the lower left hand corner and the folder size window will come up.

The Folder Size window will give you information the on the total size of your email account as well as the individual sizes for each of your folders. Using this information you will be able to see what folder(s) are talking up the most space and delete or back up emails accordingly.
