Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs

Welcome to the Faculty Affairs office at California State University , Chico. The Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs (FAAF), Leslie Nix-Baker, is responsible for personnel and labor relations services for faculty, librarians, counselors, and coaches (bargaining unit 3), as well as Teaching Associates, Graduate Assistants, and Instructional Student Assistant employees (bargaining unit 11).

Also, the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP), a confidential off-campus resource for employees, is accessible through the Faculty Affairs office. The direct number for confidential referrals to FSAP is (530) 898-4645.
