The "Foundations of Excellence in the First College Year" Program

The "Foundation of Excellence in the First College Year" program, a collaborative national project, is designed to enhance the learning and success of first-year students at more than 950 colleges and universities. The California State University, Chico is an affiliate institution in the Foundation of Excellence Program.
