Learning Outcomes

Students graduating with a BA in Music Industry and Technology will:

1. Be able to discriminate, aurally identify, visually identify and evaluate the structures of music
2. Acquire and apply knowledge of the historical foundations of music from various stylistic periods – past to present
3. Demonstrate knowledge and comprehension of the science of sound and the technology of capturing and reproducing sound
4. Demonstrate knowledge and comprehension of music business including copyright, publishing and record company structure
