Annual Budget for Academic Year 2007-2008
In their 2007-2008 Support Budget, the CSU Board of Trustees request a continuation of the state priorities under the Higher Education Compact to ensure student access, address compensation issues, increase student financial aid, and fund CSU mandatory costs. Trustees further argued that additional 'above the Compact' resources are required to support other educational priorities that are vital to the economy of California, including work force needs in the areas of nursing and P-12 mathematics and science teacher preparation.
