Planning processes are informed by appropriately defined and analyzed quantitative and qualitative data, and include consideration of evidence of educational effectiveness, including student learning.
CSU, Chico stipulated as one of its expected outcomes for the review process was the further institutionalizing of a 'culture of evidence' in which performance indicators inform and drive institutional improvement and decision making.
