FYE Project Phases

CSU, Chico pursues its First Year Experience project as a multi-phased, multi-year research inquiry, a process through which, with thoughtful experimentation and testing, a more effective, outcomes-based approach to the transitional challenges and issues of the first year of university life is expected to emerge.

The academic year 2006-2007 Phase includes the following milestones and activities:
