Diversity Project Management

CSU, Chico pursues diversity not just as an idea to embrace, but as a community form. It uses its unique residential setting as an opportunity to create an active, diverse, caring, innovative and green learning and working environment. The underlying belief is that such a learning environment fosters improved student learning. CSU, Chico chooses to use the Educational Effectiveness Review as a means of systematically validating these beliefs.
