About Us
Web Services is a newly formed group within Information Resources intended to provide Web development and consulting services to the CSU, Chico campus community.
The Web Services team combines the talents of experienced staff and highly skilled students. Each staff member on the team holds a master's degree in their area of expertise, bringing experience and up-to-date knowledge to each Web site.

Laura Kling, supervisor
Laura has more than 30 years of design experience in a variety of media including architectural etched glass, display, print, Web, and multimedia, and has been art director for the IMC Graphic Design Studio on campus since 1990. She received a BA from Chico State in art in 1975, expanded her creative skills with additional training in graphic design during the 1980s, and completed a MA in visual communication for electronic media in 2003. She has taught design and prepress classes in the communication design department, and lead workshops in a variety of media.

Vicky Breeden, content coordinator, editor, writer
Vicky has 25 years experience at Chico State in writing, editing, and working with publications and the media. A graduate of CSU, Chico, she holds an undergraduate degree in English and communications and a master's degree in English. She has taught composition and journalism classes, and her writing and photography have been published in scores of California newspapers and numerous magazines including Sunset and Ladies Home Journal.

Roberta Roebuck, technical lead
Roberta has been developing Web applications for Academic Technologies for more than three years. She received a BS in business administration in 2004 and an MBA in 2006, both from Chico State. She focused her education on database development, Web design and development, and user interface design. Her areas of expertise include Web application development, database development, and Web Standards.

Students
Kimberly Betty, student Web developer
Kim is a senior in the instructional design and technology program. She has been working for Web Services since spring 2008.
Lauren Kodai, student employee
Lauren is a student in the applied computer graphics program and works on the campus photo catalog. She has been with Web Services since fall 2007.
