Working with Collage: Part 1

Logging in and selecting a project
You can access collage at http://seaborn.csuchico.edu:8081/servlet/action/login.page
Enter the login information provided to you by web services and click "Log In."

Select your project from the drop-down menu.

If this is your first time loggin in to Collage, you must set your login preferences. To do this, click on the gray arrow next to the cancel button in the login box.
The box will expand and reveal login preferences. Check the box that says " " and click the "Open" button. Note: You will only have to do this step the first time you use Collage.

Getting to Content Contribution View
You should now be logged into collage and see the Home screen. To begin working Collage you must navigate to Contribution View. To do this, click on the Content tab and select Contribution.

In contribution view, you will see the folder browser on the left side, and the file browser on the right side.

Navigating through the site structure
All of the folders for the site will be in the "Website" folder. To open this folder click on the folder name. This will expand the folder down and reveal its sub-folders and files.

To open a web page to edit, simply navigate to that file and click on the file name. This will open the page in a new window where you can edit it. You can always which directory you are in by looking at the "Contents of" tab above the file browser.
