Accessibility

Web Standards

"Web standards" is a term typically applied to a group of standard technologies that make Web pages more accessible to disabled users, more readable by a wide range of Internet devices (e.g., cell phones), more searchable by search engines, easier to develop and maintain, and compatible with future Web technologies. The best Web sites conform to Web standards, and your site and your site's users will benefit if you apply Web standards to your site.
