Mail Services Reverting to Monthly Billing Cycle

The Departments of Mail Services and Shipping & Receiving are announcing the reversion of our monthly billing cycle.

Earlier this year, we shifted our monthly billing to be published on the 21^st of each month instead of the 1^st due to new program software parameters. At this time, this shift is no longer necessary, and so we will begin publishing all postal and shipping charges on the 1^st of the month, coinciding with the rest of the university.

July will be the first month to implement this change. All charges processed from May 21^st to June 30^th will be included on June’s billing cycle. Please direct all billing inquiries and concerns to Cody Johns and Chris Mendoza, or call Mail Services at 530-898-5326.
