The Department of Shipping and Receiving is responsible for the daily delivery of packages, equipment, furniture, and supplies for the campus community. Warehouse Staff verifies that correct items has been received with the purchase order, inspects all packages to insure the items have arrived in good condition, and delivers to departments. Warehouse Staff also picks up packages, appropriate postage is applied, and prepared for pick up by the freight vendors.

Regular Hours

  • Monday–Friday 7:30am – 12:00 noon, 1:00pm – 4:30pm
    We close for lunch from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM.

Summer Hours (May 22–Aug 11)

  • Monday–Thursday 7:00am – 12:00 noon, 12:30pm – 4:30pm
  • Friday 7:00am – 11:00am
