In Asia today there are vastly different cultures living in close proximity to one another.  Each culture has a strong ethnic background and traditions.  One of those traditions is that of food.  While there may be some similarities between foods in Asia, there are a great number of differences.  In my website I have gathered hundreds of recipes from different websites on the internet that I feel represent each of the four major regions of Asia; India, China, Japan, and Southeast Asia.
