Mission |
As most of you know, the membership voted in 2003 to approve "in principal" a major restructuring of the Executive Board for Western Society. Based on that approval, Karen Johnson and I (mostly Karen!) revised the Bylaws and Codes of Operation to have them comply with the restructuring. The 2004 Executive Board approved the Code revisions, and the attendees at the 2004 Business meeting approved the revised Bylaws. We are now posting the final draft of the Bylaws and Codes (and Table of Contents) that you may download and print. The revisions go into effect following the November 2005 conference.
