For the third time in June, 2008, Food Forever will be taught in Thailand in collaboration with faculty and students from Chiang Mai University.

Food Forever: Comparisons of Sustainable Food Production Systems is an investigation of how ecological factors, technology, and human values interact to determine available choices of food and its production. It looks at the consequences of these choices in terms of community structures, resource allocations, and stability of agro-ecosystems. This course is a component of the upper-division theme in Cross-Cultural Exploration. This is an approved General Education course and an approved Non-Western course.
