Biomass Results
Since biomass values are estimates, their accuracy varies from year to year and species to species. Small year to year fluctuations, such as the apparent decrease at Ponderosa Way in 1997, may well be due to imprecision in methods or chance. Continued trends over several years, however, probably reflect real changes in the community.
