Where: The Black Crow

Located at the corner of 2nd and Salem, just a block away from the CSU campus.

Time: 6-6:30 open bar ; 630- Dinner

Cost: $30 (sign-up on registration form)

Menu:

Includes coffee & non-alcoholic beverages

Entrees:

• California King Salmon, sweet corn-shrimp risotto, balsamic dressed organic field greens & toasted almond butter
• Lemon Roasted Half Chicken, garlic mashed potatoes & herbed pan gravy
• Grilled Ribeye Steak, with roasted red potato-bacon-gorgonzola cheese salad & rosemary chili olive oil
• Vegetarian Pasta, with sundried tomatoes,m sauteed fall vegetables, caramelized garlic & asiago cheese

Soup or Salad:

• Smoked Tomato Bisque
• Orgainic Field Greens with aged cider vinaigrette
• Hearts of Romaine with garlic herb croutons & Caesar dressing

• Cookies & Cream Cheesecake with oreo cookie crust
