Information for Speakers

Speaker Accommodations:

All presentations will be given at Studio A in the basement of the Meriam Library building. Studio A is equiped with a computer and easy to use control panel, providing access to the internet, overhead display of opaque and transparent documents, and materials on CD, DVD, or Zip disk. There is no 3 1/2 inch disk drive. Software includes Microsoft's entire suite: Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Technical assistance will be available at all times.

Each speaker will have the time prearranged as well as 5-10 minutes for questions.
