1. Download and install the latest Flash plug-in. This will solve the fast majority of problems that have been reported.

2. After installing the latest Flash plug-in, restart your computer and revisit the Lumbar Spine Pain in Athletics web site.

3. If you are using and older computer and can not get the Flash site to work properly then view the non-Flash version.
