Cameron W. Kelly

University Advisement Training Coordinator

Cameron holds two Bachelor’s degrees from Chico State in Psychology and Social Science, with concentrations in Multicultural and Gender Studies and Career and Life Planning. He is currently finishing a Master’s degree in Social Science with an emphasis in Higher Education. He grew up in the Central Valley, hailing from Oakdale, CA and has lived in Chico ever since moving here for school. As an undergraduate, Cameron worked as both a Resident Advisor and a Campus Tour Guide. His professional career on campus started in 2012 and has included working in the Office of Admissions and University Housing. Cameron joined the Academic Advising team in the Spring of 2020 and is responsible for advising students as well as providing training and support to staff and faculty on university advising systems.
