There are multiple technology systems that you will need access to in order to effectively advise at Chico State. A list of these systems is provided below in order of criticality. You will be granted access to some of these systems as a part of your hiring process. Others will require you or your supervisor to submit requests for access. If you do not have access, please discuss submitting a request with your supervisor.

If you need assistance learnign how to use using any of the above mentioned systems, some trainings are available through CSULearn and individual assistance is available through Wildcat Computing Support. If you experience technical issues, please contact IT Support Services.
E-Advising Tools
Both new and seasoned advisors benefit from the use of E-Advising tools. E-Advising tools are digital tools that enhance the advising process for both advisor and advisee by simplifying and/or automating process such as calculations and course planning.
