    Janet Turner Print Museum
    Discover exhibitions, events, and a remarkable collection devoted to the art of printmaking and book arts. The museum also offers education and outreach programs, including K–12 field trips and family-friendly activities.

    Valene L. Smith Museum of Anthropology
    Explore exhibitions that connect visitors with cultures, history, and anthropology through gallery displays, tours, and public programs. The museum also offers family activities, teacher resources, and virtual exhibitions.

    Gateway Science Museum

    University Farm
    See what hands-on learning really looks like. At the University Farm, you can explore where students grow, raise, and create—from organic produce to student-crafted cheeses, meats, and more at the Jay Gilbert Farm Store.     Big Chico Creek Ecological Reserve
    Explore, learn, and connect with the natural world. The Big Chico Creek Ecological Reserve offers miles of trails, diverse habitats, and opportunities for hiking, wildlife observation, fishing, and seasonal hunting. It’s also a living outdoor classroom, hosting field trips, research, and guided experiences, including ecotherapy events that invite you to slow down and recharge in nature. Whether you’re visiting for recreation, education, or reflection, the reserve offers a meaningful way to experience Northern California’s landscape.
