The Digital Engagement and Marketing team leads how Chico State connects with its largest audiences by shaping strategy, telling our story, and creating meaningful engagement across channels.
We plan and execute the University’s paid marketing efforts, managing strategy and budgets to build brand awareness and support prospective student recruitment. We guide web strategy for top-level pages, using analytics, SEO, and user insights to continuously improve how people find and experience Chico State online. And through social media, we lead strategy, create content, and provide training that helps campus partners engage their audiences with clarity and purpose.
We also help protect and strengthen Chico State’s brand narrative. Through trainings, tools, and collaboration, we support departments across campus in telling a consistent, compelling story that reflects who we are and where we’re going.
Our team collaborates with partners across campus to align digital efforts—from websites to campaigns—so every touchpoint works harder to move audiences from interest to action and help them see what’s possible at Chico State.
