Submit an Idea

How It Works

Submission: Share your ideas through our online Team Dynamix portal. All members of the Chico State community are encouraged to participate.
Review: A diverse committee of faculty, staff, and student representatives will evaluate submissions based on feasibility, impact, and alignment with university goals.
Vetting: Promising ideas will undergo further assessment, including potential resource requirements and implementation challenges.
Pilot: Selected proposals will receive initial funding and support for a pilot phase to test their effectiveness in a controlled environment.
Funding: Successful pilots may qualify for additional funding to scale up the initiative.
Implementation: Fully vetted and approved ideas will be integrated into campus operations with ongoing support and evaluation.
