Application Support

The Application Support team manages and maintains key operational systems that keep Chico State running smoothly. These include the campus ID card system (Atrium), facilities and maintenance applications, safety and dispatch technologies for the University Police Department, and the campus ticketing and project management platform (TeamDynamix). The team focuses on reliability, security, and continuous improvement to ensure these critical systems evolve with the university’s needs.

Continuous Improvement and Business Process Automation

The Continuous Improvement and Business Process Automation team partners with campus units to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The team also supports enterprise tools that enable paperless, automated workflows, including document management (Softdocs, Perceptive Content), and process automation technologies.
