September 18, 2024 - 2024-25 Campus Budget Plan Finalized

Dear Campus Community,

Chico State has completed the budget plan for the 2024–25 academic year. Attached is a memorandum describing our assumptions, recommendations from the University Budget Committee, and allocations from the state and California State University. Division allocations and variance from the previous year are included. Additional details can be found under the 2024/2025 Campus Budget Plan link on the Transparency and Reporting webpage.

I want to thank the University Budget Office, University Budget Committee, and the vice presidents for their leadership in developing a plan that includes a 5% reduction to each division. Our collective work is establishing a foundation that will put us on a three-year path toward a balanced budget.
