Agenda will appear no less than 48 hours before the meeting. Please propose items by September 14.

Meeting Details

Fall 2026 meetings of UNCC will take place in person in Kendall Hall, room 207. Guests are encouraged to attend in person, but may also attend on Zoom. For members of UNCC, laptops are not required for in-person meetings, except to view the agenda and supporting documents on your own device, should you wish. Members of UNCC who need to attend a meeting and vote remotely (on Zoom) must provide notice by emailing academicsenate@csuchico.edu at least two hours in advance of a meeting to provide time for the Senate Office to make the necessary arrangements. The meeting format for Spring 2027 and 2027-28 will be determined by a vote of the Academic Senate in December, 2026.

Zoom Chat will be available but will only be viewed during the meeting by Zoom participants and by the Vice Chair and Secretary (not by the Chair or by senators or guests in Kendall).

Zoom participants who raise their hand to speak will be added to the in-person speaker list by the Vice Chair. Senators needing to attend and vote remotely will submit votes by Zoom Chat direct message to the Secretary.
